Had a problem with my boiler. Called woods as recommended by a friend. Help desk were very helpful and couldnt do more for me. Engineer turned up when agreed and was polite and courteous. Sorted the problem within half hour and was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
Brilliant company. Very professional. Call was answered very quick with not wait time at all. The engineer arrived in the time scale I was made aware of. Completed the works first time and made sure I was happy with the works before they left. I would highly recommended them.

Pressure on my mothers boiler kept dropping very low. Called Woods and explained my sister was pregnant and looking after the house while Mum was away, bearing in mind how cold its been, we were booked in the same evening by the helpdesk staff. Very understanding and accommodating office staff. The engineer attended promptly and diagnosed the fault, ordered parts and came back the next day to fit. Very pleasant experience with Woods and would defiantly recommend to family and friends. Thank you!
