Absolutely ridiculous practice, I have a broken back and because I missed two appointments they removed me from there books even after I had offered to either show proof or pay for those missed appointments. The receptionist thought this was a funny occurrence and decided to to be sarcastic and belligerent on the phone would never recommend, steer well clear.I didn't even receive a letter to inform me of what had happened three and a half years and this is how they treat there patients.

Lovely convenient surgery with ample parking & genuine straight forward advice & they wont fleece you with unnecessary charges for unrequired work unlike the numerous gosforth surgeries she has previously consulted!
Rude staff, changed my dental appointment without telling me. Have a small baby so finding a time where my partner can get off work so I can have my appointments is very difficult. Had the correct address, email and still failed to inform me that my appointment had changed to a later date. I was greeted rudely with are you here for the dentist .. well we dont have dentists here on this day anymore, we havent for weeks.
