With a recent name change that did not reflect on my airline ticket caused me to miss my flight since it didnt match. David was EXTREMELY helpful and patient and didnt give up helping me after working on it along with helping other customers for 2 hours. Him along with another gentleman were able to book me a new flight and change my name on the overall reservation with American Airlines. (Note to self, dont ever book through Expedia) Thank you for all your help! Such amazing customer service!!

Sitting on the tarmac waiting for airport operations to get around to parking our plane. This is not the first time. If you want to advertise convenience the first order of business is to actually be convenient.

When youve had snowy weather for days, it might be a good idea to actually check the battery on the de-icing truck prior to having a plane full of people who are freezing because the heat is off and have connecting flights. Absolutely unacceptable. Oh, gee, the battery is dead. Sorry, your screwed now and will miss you next flight. Oh well. Thanks jerks.Edited to add: I love how they post a link to reviews to presumably say its not our fault and make zero effort to apologize for anything. Nice move. Even when they post a response beyond the link, its not apologetic or accepting of any responsibility. Just blame the airline. Got it.

Its not the worst airport I go to, but youd think theyd be a little more efficient since they only have about 8 gates. About 50% of the time they dont have sufficient staff to park the plane or operate the jet bridge. And it takes them 1/2 and hour to move bags 60 feet from the plan to the bag claim.

I love what theyve done to the place! I havent had a bad experience at this airport. They have a nice variety at the shops and the airport layout allows for easy navigation. I thought the parking was less confusing than other airports, too.
